1.      Educational Guidance and Counselling

  • The foundation has been actively involved in improving the educational opportunities for students, particularly in rural areas.
  •  We have provided career guidance to students after Class 10 and 12, helping them choose appropriate subjects and career paths.
  •  Special focus has been placed on enhancing communication skills, as this is a key requirement for students in and around Kundli, Haryana.
  • Our first major intervention was in Khatkar village, District Sonipat, where we successfully conducted educational guidance programs with participation from more than 100 students in different batches.
  • Assistance was provided to numerous students in filling out university application forms post-Class 12.

2.  Skill Development and Employment Support

  • We have initiated skill enhancement programs to equip students and young job seekers with relevant industry skills.
  • Our programs are designed to bridge the gap between education and employment by providing training in soft skills, vocational courses, and career planning.
  • Future plans include setting up computer labs to facilitate online counselling, digital literacy, and career guidance.

3.  Support for Visually Impaired Individuals

  • We developed a jerk less and high quality white can in collaboration with industry and academia for visually impaired personal
  • Since December 2023, KenEarth Foundation has distributed over 1200 high-quality white canes to visually impaired students across various regions.
  • We aim to extend this support further by introducing assistive technologies and providing specialized training to enhance the independence of visually impaired individuals.

4. Expansion and Future Plans

  • The foundation plans to expand its educational and skill development programs to additional villages surrounding Kundli, Haryana.
  • Establishment of computer labs for online counselling and skill-based training is in progress to ensure wider accessibility to guidance and employment-oriented programs.
  • We intend to initiate medical counselling programs in rural areas to provide essential healthcare guidance, particularly to underprivileged sections.
  • Additional projects are being designed to enhance outreach to marginalized communities through new initiatives and partnerships.
